iThrive Health is a small family-owned and operated clinic offering Occupational Therapy services to children and adolescents ages 3-17. Our clinic prides itself on providing early access to assessment and follow up for both privately funded, and NDIS funded clients. Our waitlist for initial assessment is often only 1-2 weeks with immediate availability for subsequent follow up therapy, helping clients make progress on therapy goals sooner.

Our Team
Our team of 6 Occupational Therapists and two therapy assistants are specialized in the field of pediatrics. Our friendly and caring nature makes therapy both effective and engaging. Rebates
Our therapists are covered by all private health insurers, Medicare and NDIS (self and plan managed). Referral by a GP is only required for clients seeking Medicare rebates. For all other clients, there is no referral required.

Facilities
We have modern custom-built premises with full gross motor and sensory gymnasium which is vital to therapy goals and child engagement. Our clinic is ground level and wheelchair accessible.

Location
Located close to the CBD in West Leederville, our clinic is central to all corners of the metropolitan area. There is ample street parking and nearby bus stops and train station for families who use public transport.

Travel therapy - School and Home
Although we are predominantly a clinic-based therapy provider with state-of-the-art facilities, we also offer regular ongoing follow up therapy for NDIS participants within a 10-15km radius of Perth. Travel therapy is primarily offered in the school setting however home-based therapy can be provided where appropriate.

Short Waitlist
Our waitlist for initial assessment is currently 1-2 weeks. We also have immediate capacity for the subsequent follow up therapy if indicated from the assessment. We encourage families not to delay assessment and intervention with the larger NDIS registered providers. Clinics such as ours remain private purely to keep our waitlist shorter for you.
