    Welcome to My Family OT. An Occupational Therapy (OT) Service that supports both Children and Parents with a family centered, evidence based, holistic approach.

    ABOUT US
    At My Family OT, we are passionate about helping your family- your children and yourselves (parents/caregivers). We are a neuro-affirming and trauma informed practice with a holistic focus. Being a family centered holistic practice means that we only work with families when both the children and caregivers are prepared to be involved in therapy. We work in partnership with your family to help you thrive.

    We are a mobile OT practice that can see you at school, day-care, home or in a community space. We also offer Telehealth and "walk-and-talk" appointments. We service the central and eastern suburbs of Perth. Research supports that seeing people in their natural environment allows for more carry-over into their day to day lives.  We love supporting parents and use parent coaching and education with all our families.

    We believe that every member of your family deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential in life, and we are here to help them do just that.

    No referral required, please get in touch to see if we can help you or your child. Preference for Email as initial point of contact and then a phone call be arranged to discuss suitability.
