Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team based in Perth. This unique role offers a perfect blend of urban and remote experiences, allowing you to contribute to the community's well-being while enjoying the adventure of working in diverse settings.
As a clinician at our Perth location, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in a supportive community while making a significant impact on the health and well-being of our diverse population working with an NDIS case load across the lifespan. This unique role offers a perfect blend of assessment and therapy work, allowing you to contribute to the community's well-being while enjoying the adventure of working in diverse settings. A typical day in the role may look like…
- Work with a predominantly paediatric caseload, with intention to broaden this in future
- In addition to the above, you will provide services to our participants in their homes, schools, or community centres.
- Regular multidisciplinary meetings with other Patches’ disciplines to optimise holistic care and multidisciplinary goal setting for participants.
- Complete relevant non-face-to-face work, including writing progress notes, resource preparation and report writing.
- Support from colleagues that provide experience in remote service.

Requirements:
Ability to obtain the certifications below if not already holding.
- Willingness to explore remote locations through outreach trips
-AHPRA registration

- WWC and NDIS workers check
- Drivers license
