Description
My name is Leigh Thomas and I have recently joined Lifeworks Psychology. I am available for immediate assessment or counselling.
I have worked as a Psychologist in schools for over 20 years and have considerable experience in assessment.
My experience in schools means that I have a unique understanding of the school context and school requirements. Assessment results can be used to support your child's learning and engagement at school.
I am passionate about supporting children and families to fulfill their potential and develop skills to manage life's challenges.
I am available to do a range of assessments including for Specific Learning Disorders (dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia), intellectual disability, learning concerns, and ADHD.
I am also available for counselling of children and teens in a range of areas such as anxiety, emotional regulation, behaviour, and depressed mood.
