About
Karenza is a senior mental health occupational therapist (10+ years). She specialises in providing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed support and assessment for autistic teenagers and adults with co-occurring mental health diagnoses (telehealth).
She embraces the unique individuality of every person, celebrates diversity, and supports exploration of identity. Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, strengths-focused, collaborative, holistic and evidence-based. Karenza meets all clients with an empathetic and nurturing attitude. She acknowledges the complexities of life for individuals and families.
