iThrive - Occupational Therapy for Children
Our current waitlist for initial assessment is only 1-2 weeks with immediate availability for subsequent follow up therapy, helping clients make progress on therapy goals sooner.
We know how overwhelming it can feel when your child needs extra support, and finding the right help quickly is so important. At Thrive Health, we are a family-owned clinic dedicated to providing compassionate and effective Occupational Therapy for children and adolescents (ages 3-17). We understand that early intervention can make a world of difference, which is why our waitlist for an initial assessment is typically just 1-2 weeks, with immediate availability for follow-up therapy. This means your child can start making progress on their therapy goals sooner.
Our experienced and caring therapists have over 30 years of combined expertise in working with children facing a variety of challenges, including:
Our Team
Our team of six Occupational Therapists and two therapy assistants specialize in pediatric care. We believe therapy should be engaging, encouraging, and tailored to your child’s unique needs. All our therapists have Working with Children and NDIS Worker Screening checks, so you can feel confident that your child is in safe and capable hands.
Functional Capacity Assessments
If you need support navigating the NDIS process, our therapists are highly experienced in conducting Functional Capacity Assessments. These assessments provide comprehensive reports that help determine the appropriate level of NDIS funding, ensuring your child gets the support they need.
Flexible Therapy Options
Our state-of-the-art clinic features a full sensory and gross motor gym to help keep therapy fun and effective. While most of our sessions take place in-clinic, we also offer therapy at schools and, in some cases, at home for NDIS participants within a 10-15km radius of Perth.
Easy Access and Short Waitlist
We know that long waitlists can be frustrating, which is why we remain a private clinic—to keep wait times short for families like yours. With a central location in West Leederville, we are easily accessible by car or public transport.
Funding & Rebates
Our services are covered by private health insurers, Medicare, and NDIS (self and plan-managed). A GP referral is only required for those seeking Medicare rebates, but for all other clients, no referral is necessary.
If you're looking for expert support in a warm and understanding environment, we’re here to help. Please reach out with any questions—we’d love to chat about how we can support your child’s growth and development.
Online bookings available with no referral required. Call the clinic to speak with one of friendly staff today.
