Hello, and welcome to Meelup Occupational Therapy!
We are an Occupational Therapy service local to the South West region (based in Dunsborough, Western Australia).
Meelup Occupational Therapy is passionate about supporting children, young adults and their families to participate in life to their fullest potential. We firmly believe in family-centred practise, and regularly work with a young person's important support networks including family, school, and health professionals.

Referral information
You do not require a referral to book with Meelup Occupational Therapy. If you are a participant of the NDIS, we will require some basic information about your NDIS plan, including your NDIS number.
Services
Currently, we offer the following services to clients aged 4 and above:
- Occupational Therapy assessment
- Occupational Therapy 1:1 ongoing sessions
- Family and parent coaching
- Functional Capacity Assessments - for NDIS participants.
- Telehealth Occupational Therapy services
