Westerly Youth Clinic
Appointments for eating disorder concerns and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) assessments can usually be arranged within six weeks once the intake process is complete.
Unfortunately, we are now longer taking on new patients requiring ADHD assessments. We hope to open to these type of appointments in March 2026.

The clinic now includes a Clinical Psychologist who conducts Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments alongside Dr Ferguson. Assessments are delivered as a multidisciplinary evaluation so young people and their families receive a thorough diagnostic formulation, clear feedback, and practical recommendations for supports and follow-up. Where appropriate, assessments combine clinical interview, observation, and psychometric testing, and are discussed jointly with Dr Ferguson to inform medical, developmental and psychosocial planning.
Pain can affect every part of a young person’s life — from learning and movement to confidence, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. At Westerly Youth Clinic, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care for young people experiencing acute, chronic, or complex pain.

Dr Halpin-Evans offers comprehensive assessment and personalised treatment plans for young people experiencing (including but not limited to):
