Tuning into Teens Group Parenting Program (Six week program)
Health in Mind’s Tuning into Teens™ Program is an evidence-based group program led by our experienced Clinical Child Psychologist. The program is designed to help parents support their teen’s emotional development, the program uses the renowned Tuning into Teens™ approach to build Emotional Intelligence (EQ), to support mental health, strong relationships, and success both at school and in life.
Parenting teens can be challenging as they navigate major emotional, social, and cognitive changes. This program equips you with practical skills to respond with empathy, support emotional regulation, and build resilience by strengthening and fostering trust, connection, and understanding.
The core program runs over six engaging sessions. Two months after completing the program, you'll also be invited to a Recap Session, to reflect on your progress, revisit key strategies, and receive additional support for any ongoing challenges.
First Session Begins: 30th July 2025 at 5:45pm
Final Session Begins: 3rd September 2025 at 5:45pm
Recap Sessions Begin from 5th November 2025
Program Cost:
The full program is $595 (just $85 per session), but with a valid GP referral, you can claim a Medicare rebate of $66.65 per session meaning your total out-of-pocket cost is only $195 for the entire program.
