Hi, I'm Susan,

I'm a parent of an ADHD child also and I have developed an online course which combines the ADHD knowledge you need to know with Group coaching.  It is very empowering to meet other parents who are going through the same pain.

The last course I had a parent she felt shame about her parenting and her loss of control with her child.  By the end of the first group coaching session, she realised that all the other parents could relate to her experience.
