What I do…
Strive and Thrive therapy is an occupational therapy service that offers intervention and assessments tailored to suit your child’s needs.
Who I see…
I see children aged between 0-18 years. I see children both with and without a diagnosed disability. I have experience working with children with a range of diagnoses including Autism, Global Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Down Syndrome, Mitochondrial Disease, and more. I can see children privately or using their NDIS funding (self-managed or plan-managed).
Where I work…
I am a mobile service provider meaning that I can see your child in their natural settings including their school, day-care or home. I am based in Booragoon and Hamilton Hill so travel fees will be charged from these locations to yours.

About your Strive and Thrive OT
My name is Hannah and I am an Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in paediatric disability and child development. I am passionate about supporting children to thrive and achieve their goals. I graduated from Occupational Therapy with Honours, and I completed a Graduate Certificate in Autism Diagnosis at The University of Western Australia. I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). I am also currently a member of the Developmental Occupational Therapy WA (DOTWA), as well as Western Australian Autism Diagnosticians’ Forum (WAADF).
