As a parent of children with ADHD myself, along the way I’ve faced many of the same challenges as other ADHD parents & carers do - emotional exhaustion, behavioural issues, advocacy struggles, and finding support. My own family's journey, marked by emotional ups and downs, led me to work with an ADHD coach in 2018, which transformed my approach and sparked my passion for coaching others.
With experience as the founder of Peel ADHD Parent Support, ADDCA ADHD coach training and as consumer representative for Complex Attention Hyperactivity Disorder Services (CAHDS), I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my coaching practice. I offer parents a safe space for personalised guidance, skill-building, and practical strategies, all while fostering a supportive community.
