As a parent coach, I work directly with parents and carers of children and teens with ADHD.  I offer 1:1 - 60-minute parent coaching sessions delivered online via zoom or in person at a Mandurah area location.

ADHD parent coaching is a collaborative, supportive thinking partnership between an ADHD coach and parents & care givers navigating the challenges of raising children with ADHD. Together, we'll address challenges, discover strengths and begin to help you to build a toolbox full of evidenced based strategies to support your ADHD family.

Coaching sessions with me are currently being offered for a heavily discounted fee for a limited time whilst I am completing the required accreditation coaching hours with ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy), PAAC (Professional Association of ADHD Coaches) & ICF (International Coaching Federation).
