Sage Clinic is a specialist psychiatry clinic based in Western Australia, offering telehealth appointments to patients across Australia. Our team provides thoughtful, thorough assessments and ongoing care for a wide range of mental health concerns. We have particular expertise in:

Referral information
To book an appointment with one of our psychiatrists, a referral is required. You are welcome to:
Ask your usual GP to send a referral stating a 291 assessment (once-off annual review) or a 296 (ongoing care review)
