As a mum to a primary school-aged ADHDer, I understand those big emotions, tricky transitions, sensory overwhelm, focus challenges, and moments where their confidence dips. Together, we’ll explore what’s really going on and look at how we can adjust the environments around them so they feel understood, supported, and set up for success.
