    About

    I started Oh, Team OT to reflect my belief that therapy works best as a team effort, whether with a child and their family, or in collaboration with educators and other professionals.

    If you’re feeling unsure about your child’s development or wondering how to make daily life feel a little easier, you’re not alone. Many families come to me with questions about play, motor skills, sensory needs, routines, personal care, or emotional regulation, and they’re looking for someone who can help make sense of what they’re seeing. You bring deep knowledge of your child, I bring my clinical skills and together we form a team around them.

    I work with children aged 3–13 using an approach that is playful, gentle, and neuroaffirming. Sessions are designed to help your child feel understood, supported, and confident, while giving you practical strategies that fit into real life. I work across home, clinic, and school settings.
