Occupational Therapist - Continence Hub Verified listing

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team as an independent contractor. This is not an employment role, however Continence Hub will contribute 12% superannuation on top of competitive contractor rate.

• Flexible schedule with the ability to you choose your hours
• Minimum 3 days per week preferred
• Paediatric caseload home, school and community-based

You will provide 1:1 therapy services to children of all abilities, including those with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, Intellectual disability, PDA profile, Neurodevelopmental and genetic conditions, bladder and bowel continence challenges, interoception and self-care difficulties.

Contractor Requirements
You must already be set up with, or be prepared to set up:
• ABN (sole trader or Pty Ltd)
• Own laptop and mobile phone to be used for work purposes
• Full driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
• National Police Check
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid & CPR
• Full AHPRA registration

Clinician Prerequisites
• Minimum 2 years experience as an OT (or related paediatric experience)
• Knowledge of NDIS

Clinical Skills & Qualities
• Passionate about paediatrics and functional independence
• Knowledge and skill in developing interoceptive awareness skills in clients
• Knowledge of, or interest in developing continence skills
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, punctual and organised
• Skilled in managing a mobile caseload
• Collaborative and values teamwork
