Welcome to the next exciting chapter of your life! As a school leaver, you are now facing a world of endless possibilities after the structured routine of school. This transition can be one of the most exciting times in your life, and Rocky Bay is here to support you.
Next Steps is a group program designed to help you navigate the transition from high school to adult life. Whether you’re preparing to leave school in the next 12 months or have already graduated, Next Steps offers practical guidance, peer support, and skill-building in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Program Structure
Run by experienced therapists in a small group of 4–6 others, you’ll be guided through a dynamic framework where you’ll work together to explore your strengths, set goals, and plan for your future. Run over 8 weekly or fortnightly sessions that are 1.5 hours each.
