Mumma and Bubba Health is owned by Elana Vivian (Ellie to most people!), an Occupational Therapist, mother wife and ADHDer. Ellie founded Mumma and Bubba Health with the goal to provide truly family-centred, neurodiversity affirming occupational therapy services.

What to expect?

Ellie forms strong therapeutic relationships with the families she works with to ensure that they feel safe, heard and supported. Each session is tailored to the family's needs and goals. As part of the intake process Ellie will discuss with you how your sessions will run.  You are encouraged to give feedback about supports that may improve the session for you! Feel free to mention if you'd like low lighting, time to settle in, a warm (or cold) drink etc.
