Worried about your child and not quite sure where to turn? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure this out by yourself.

I work with children aged 6 and up who might be struggling with things like big emotions, anxiety, low mood, attention or focus, friendships, or feeling “different” from their peers. Many of the families I support come in wondering if their child’s behaviour is linked to ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, or challenges at home or school, and often, it’s a mix of things.

I offer a calm, consistent space where your child can feel safe to be themselves. I take the time to really get to know your child (their strengths, their worries, and what life feels like from their point of view), and tailor therapy to meet them exactly where they are.

If your child is having a hard time with friendships, managing emotions, coping at school, or navigating family changes, we’ll work through it together at a pace that feels right for them. I also support parents along the way, because you know your child best, and your insight matters.
