Therapy and Assessments for Children & Under 25s

Therapy

We offer both individual therapy and group therapy, covering a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and social challenges. Our Psychologists have a strong interest and training in childhood and early adulthood.

We offer:

• Individual therapy - with either a Clinical Psychologist or Registered Psychologist, depending on complexity, for young people and/or their parents

• Group therapy - a six-session CBT skills group program called Stronger Wings for children, young people, and their families experiencing social, behavioural, or mood challenges

We pride ourselves on our evidence-based and compassionate approach, meaning you can have confidence in our expertise but also know you will be heard, respected, and listened to.

We offer transparent and fair pricing - we know that fees can be daunting, so all assessments start with an initial consultation to help you choose what type of assessment your child needs. Then if you proceed further, you'll do so with the confidence that you've chosen the assessment type that works for you.
