With over 30 years of experience as a paediatric occupational therapist, Clare brings a calm, compassionate approach that helps children feel safe to explore and experiment with food at their own pace.

🌱 Relaxed sessions include garden exploration, food-related play, and simple cooking activities designed to gently build confidence and curiosity around eating.

🌱 Held on Wednesdays only, sessions are intentionally kept low-key and pressure-free to meet children where they are.

🌱 Rooted in connection, Clare’s approach brings together her passions for therapy, gardening, and cooking to create a relaxed and supportive experience for children and families.

MOBILE SERVICE

As well as feeding sessions, Clare also offers a mobile service to homes, daycares, schools and community settings to see your child where it suits you best.  We work on areas of need specific to your child, including fine motor, sensory, regulation, attention and handwriting.
