Katy Rutter Occupational Therapy provides services to improve quality of life in an affordable way that is accessible to all. It is an holistic practice that uses a family-centred approach to help individuals improve their skills, overcome challenges and increase their independence through problem solving whilst having fun. I tailor programs to individual needs including assessments, reports, individual sessions, small groups, in home, school or workplace. Sessions focus on fine motor, gross motor, perceptual, sensory, cognitive, play, social and self-care areas.
