Our therapy groups are designed to be inclusive and supportive of all learning styles and developmental needs, including neurodivergent children.  We celebrate diversity and create safe, engaging environments where every child can thrive.

Fine Motor Fun! (3-6 years)
Dates: 10 and 11 July 2025
Time: 10am to 12pm
Fun, hands-on games to boost fine motor skills, build confidence, support learning at home and school.

Focus on Feelings (6-9 years)
Dates: Monday 7 July 2025
Time: 9.30am to 12.30pm
Tools and strategies to boost focus, manage emotions, build social skills and support self regulation.

Swimming Group
Dates: 7, 14 and 16 July
A fun, sensory-friendly group to build water confidence, swim skills, gross motor abilities, and social skills through play taught by an Occupational Therapist.

Mighty Munchers (6-9 years)
Date: 15 July 2025
A supportive group for kids who are selective eaters, have sensory sensitivities.

Fuel Up (10-14 years)
Date: Tuesday 15 July 2025
Time: 1-4pm
For kids with sensory sensitivities, picky eating, and mealtime anxiety—building positive food experiences.

Fine Motor Fun! (Aged 7-10 years)
Date: 17 and 18 July
Time: 10am to 12pm
A focused group to improve handwriting skills - grip, spacing, fluency and editing through guided support.

Chill & Chat (aged 10-14 years)
Date: 14 July 2025
Time: 9.30am to 12.30pm
For kids with ADHD or big emotions - building focus, regulation and coping skills in a supportive group setting.
