Many parents come to me when something just doesn’t feel quite right. Your child might be feeling anxious, struggling at school, having big emotions, finding friendships difficult, or going through a challenging change. Sometimes it’s not one big thing - just a sense that they’re not quite themselves.

At Inner Space with Grace, I support children, adolescents and families to gently understand what might be happening beneath the surface, and to help young people find their way back to feeling calmer, more confident and connected.

Children do not always have the words to explain how they feel. Through conversation, creative approaches and a safe, supportive space, I help young people express what’s on their mind and build the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges.

Just as importantly, I support parents too - because you know your child best, and having someone alongside you can make a world of difference.

My approach is warm, practical and tailored to your child’s unique personality and needs. Together we work toward helping your child feel understood, capable and supported - both at home and in the wider world.

You don’t have to navigate this on your own. With gentle support, children and families can rediscover their strengths and move forward with greater calm and confidence.
