High School Readiness Group Ascot

Description

Is your child about to start high school? Whether they’re excited, a bit nervous, or just curious about what’s coming next, our High School Readiness group is a great way for them to meet new friends and learn practical skills to set themselves up for a great year.

In this group, your child will join others their age who are going through the same transition. Together, they’ll play games, share stories, and learn skills like making new friends, reading their timetable, study tips, mindfulness, and self-advocacy. These activities are designed to help them feel confident and ready for high school.

If your child wants to feel prepared, have fun, and make new connections before their big move, this group is for them!

Program Structure
Facilitated by experienced therapists in a small group of up to 6 young people, your child will work with others to build confidence, learn new skills, and make friends.
