Referral information
To book an appointment please send an enquiry via admin@hesterhealth.com.au.
A current referral is required where applicable.
For Medicare-rebated specialist appointments, referrals are generally valid for 12 months from the date of the first specialist consultation, unless your referring doctor specifies otherwise.
Please bring or provide any relevant medical reports, assessment results, medication information and previous specialist correspondence before your appointment.
