Diagnostic Assessment Services

Kate Pereira (Clinical Psychologist) practice focuses on neurodiversity-affirming diagnostics for children and adolescents.

Kate’s reports are specifically designed to meet the functional evidence requirements for NDIS access.

Autism (ASD) Assessments: Comprehensive, developmentally informed evaluations.
ADHD Assessments: Focused on executive functioning and attention profiles.
Psychoeducational Assessments (SLD+ADHD): Formal testing for Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and Dysgraphia.
Cognitive Testing: WISC-V and WIAT-III psychometric evaluations for school-based support.

Availability & Turnaround:

Current Intake: Assessment blocks are typically available within 2–4 weeks.
Report Delivery: Final diagnostic reports and feedback sessions are completed within 14 days of the final testing appointment.

We accept private referrals, NDIS-managed plans, and GP referrals (Mental Health Care Plans or Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorder items).
