The name ‘Fono’ is a nickname for Speech Pathologists in Brazil, just like the term ‘Speechie’ is here in Australia. So yes, we provide services in Portuguese (BR) as well as English.

Parent Workshops are also available:
- It Takes Two To Talk®️: The Hanen Program®️ for parents of children with language delays.
- More Than Words®️: The Hanen Program® for parents of autistic children or children who may benefit from social communication support.
Fono Speech Therapy is unique in Western Australia in offering these internationally renowned parent workshops in either language, English or Portuguese (BR)!
Autism Diagnostic Assessments
We also offer the allied health component of the Autism Assessment in partnership with an Occupational Therapist and liaise with the medical team to obtain consensus on the assessment outcome.
