Description
Has your child recently been diagnosed as autistic? At CliniKids, we offer an evidence-based support group for parents of autistic children.
Empower is a small online group made for exactly this moment. You will receive 10 sessions, each 90 minutes in duration, led by a trained clinician and a parent with lived experience. Experience a safe space to understand the diagnosis, learn how to support your child, and look after yourself at the same time.
Who is this parent support group for?
Parents and carers of children with an autism diagnosis. This program is recommended for parents whose child received their diagnosis in the last 2 years.
When does this group run?
- Wednesdays (12.30pm-2.00pm) – starts 23 July 2026
- Thursdays (10.45am-12.15pm) - starts 5 August 2026
- Thursdays (10.45am-12.15pm) – starts 8 October 2026
- Fridays (10.45am-12.15pm) – starts 16 October 2026
