Wait time of 3-9 months.
♾️ Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments - wait time of 3-9 months, cost of $3,850 as at 1 April 2023.
♾️ ADHD assessment only (no medication prescription or ongoing management) for children aged 6 years to 17 years & months of age - wait time of 3-9 months, cost of $2,200 from 1 April 2023.
♾️ FASD assessment - cost ranges from $6,600 to $7,700.
♾️ GDD assessment - cost of $2,200 from 1 April 2023.
♾️ Psychological assessments including Cognitive / Intellectual Disability, Educational / Specific Learning Disorder (SLD) and Neuropsychological Assessments.
💲 A 50% deposit is required at time of booking with balance of payment made at the time of appointment. Reports will only be distributed after full payment has been received.

Patches currently has the capacity to complete one-off assessments only, and are not able to provide ongoing medication management services.
Assessments include:

♾️ Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) assessment
Unable to assist with ongoing ADHD medication management, however, can do an assessment and provide a diagnosis.
As a part of this assessment, recommendations for therapy and other supports will be provided to you. If you would like to access therapy services, then we would be happy to pass your details across to our therapy team for ongoing support.
GP referrals to specifically mention indicating behaviours and what is to be assessed for eg Autism.
Full assessment service provided in-house with speech pathologist and psychologist if required.
