Cultivating Curiosity
About
Specialising in twice-exceptional (2E), gifted and curious learners, Cultivating Curiosity is led by Amanda Larkin (Rogers), an experienced educator and program designer. As both an educator and a parent of twice-exceptional children, Amanda brings lived experience alongside professional expertise. Her work is strengths-based, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming.
At Cultivating Curiosity, we nurture authenticity and autonomy in gifted and 2E children, empowering them to become confident co-creators of their own learning journey. We create environments where young people are recognised for who they are intellectually, emotionally and neurologically, and where their strengths and complexities are understood and valued.
Our programs provide cognitively rich and appropriately challenging learning experiences alongside personalised support tailored to each learner's unique profile. We cultivate confidence, critical and creative thinking, cognitive flexibility and executive functioning within a strengths-based, neuro-affirming framework grounded in psychological safety.
