We are seeking a full-time Clinic Manager to join our team in Success, WA in an on-site capacity.
The Clinic Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules, manage budgets, and ensure efficient clinic performance.
Additional responsibilities include managing the clinic's expense, staff payroll and leave and facilitating seamless communication among our team, clients, and external stakeholders.
The Clinic Manager works collaboratively with our team to uphold Neuroinclusion's mission and deliver quality services.
The perfect person for this role
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and staff
competence with Xero, Google drive and sheets, canva and Splose or willingness to learn
Experience in Budgeting and financial management, including resource allocation and expense tracking
Knowledge or experience in healthcare operations is highly valued, especially NDIS and medicare
Capability in Training staff to align with Neuroinclusion's mission and operational standards
Proven leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrated commitment to a neurodiversity-affirming approach and a passion for working in inclusive communities
Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is highly valued.
