You know your child is capable, but getting started, staying organised, or keeping up with school just feels like a constant struggle.
You’re not alone. And it’s not about laziness or lack of effort.
At B.I.G. ADHD Coaching, I work with young people and families who are navigating ADHD and executive functioning challenges. This includes organisation, follow-through, emotional overwhelm, and managing the everyday demands of school and life.
With a background in education and counselling, I focus on practical, real-life strategies that actually fit how your child thinks and learns. This might look like breaking down tasks so they feel manageable, building routines that work, or helping your child develop a stronger sense of confidence and independence over time.
I also work with adults who are managing ADHD in the context of work, study, and family life, especially when everything starts to feel like too much.
My approach is strengths-based, supportive, and grounded in understanding, not judgment.
Sessions are available in Joondalup, Success and South Perth.
