April After-School Group Coaching – Transitioning into Year 7
Description
Overview:
REACH is excited to offer small group coaching sessions with experienced coach, designed to help students strengthen executive functioning skills and set themselves up for success in Year 7, 2026.
Why It Matters:
Starting Year 7 can feel like a big leap — with new routines, higher academic expectations, shifting social dynamics, and greater independence. For neurodivergent students, this change can be especially challenging. REACH coach’s guidance helps students feel prepared, confident, and capable. Through practical strategies for organisation, time management, and emotional readiness, we set them up for a smooth transition into high school.
Session Details:
- Day & Date:21th April, 28th April, 12th May, 19th May,
26th May, 2nd June, 9th June, 16th June. - Time: 3:40 pm – 4:40 pm
- Place: The Beacon Clinic, 43 York St, Subiaco.
