Child & Adolescent Therapy
Mental health is a crucial focus at all stages of life, however it’s particularly important to build a strong foundation in childhood and throughout the teenage years. This is the key to the wellbeing and healthy development of a child, and good mental health can help them to deal with challenges, feel good about themselves, adapt to change, and build healthy relationships with others.
I have extensive experienced in helping children and adolescents to overcome their mental health difficulties in a wide range of areas, with a special interest in ADHD and trauma:
