Our goal is to empower families and help children and adolescents thrive on their unique developmental journeys. In addition, we are a recognised training provider for educators and conduct Professional Learning in schools throughout the year on a variety of topics.
Theresa is part of a neurodivergent family including two PDA children (now young adults). She is a clinical psychologist, research fellow and the clinical director of The Kidd Clinic, a private, national psychology group practice focused on Autism, ADHD, and mental health across the lifespan. Theresa has a background in Disability and Employment, Autism and Education (including home education, ‘school can’t’, and founding a program for Autistic university students), and Autism and mental health. She is committed to helping neurodivergent individuals of all ages to minimise their challenges, harness their strengths and to achieve meaningful life goals.
Dr Harman is passionate about creating a warm and calming environment in her sessions with clients to enable therapeutic growth. Dr Harman is client centred and believes in meeting people where they are. She take a strengths-based approach and is trained in several therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT and CFT. She is also a mindfulness meditation teacher and value fostering compassion and meditation practice in both personal and professional environments. She has worked with many neurodivergent clients and has multiple neurodivergent family members.
Jacinta enjoys working with neurodivergent children and adolescents of all ages, and their families, providing ongoing, individualised support. She is a driven towards celebrating strengths, and collaborating with clients on their goals, applying her creativity to adapt evidence-based therapy in meaningful and fun ways. Jacinta has worked with many Autistic young people and their families to identify their educational, social and emotional needs at school. In addition, Jacinta is known for providing case consultations within school settings using the Collaborative and Proactive Solution model.
