Empowering and Helping Families to Navigate ADHD

10 February @ 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm

Join ADHD Coach Andy Hayes for an informative session on navigating ADHD in families.

Andy from Beyond the Haze has a comprehensive understanding of how ADHD impacts family dynamics. He recognises the challenges, frustrations, and pressures that parents, siblings and individuals with ADHD themselves may face. He will share insights into stress management, communication techniques, and ways to foster positive relationships.

This session not only aims to educate but also to reassure parents that they are not alone in their journey, providing a space for them to gain skills, find support, and build a stronger, more cohesive family unit.

Light refreshments will be provided.
