Introduction

I am so excited that you are interested in joining the Perth Kids Hub website and helping families find services to support their children.  A huge thank you for what you do!  

It will make it so much easier for families if they can find everything they need all in one place.  Thank you for helping to make that possible. 

These instructions will walk you through step-by-step how to add your business to the Perth Kids Hub website.

Are you already on Perth Kids Hub?

I may have already found your business and added you to the website so that families can find you.  

If that’s you, just claim and update the listing to make it exactly how you want it.  Time saved = win, win!

By claiming the listing you can log in and amend the listing details at any time.  AHPRA and Medicare registered providers can enjoy a 12-month free basic listing.  No obligation to continue.

Claim Your Listing

Use the Claim Your Listing option if your business already appears on the Perth Kids Hub directory.  

This means it has been pre-loaded to save you some time.  By claiming the listing you can log in and amend the listing details at any time.  

FIND AND CLAIM YOUR LISTING

1. Find your business on Perth Kids Hub.  Tip: you can use the search bar above.

2. Click on your preview card to open your full page listing.

3. Click “Listing”.

4. Click “Register”.  

5. Leave the box ticked as “Business” – that’s you.  Customer is for families who register to comment.

6. Enter your email address and click “Sign Up” or use your Google or Facebook login (one less password to log in!).

CHOOSE YOUR PACKAGE

1. Choose the package that suits your business best.

2. Enter your billing details.

UPDATE YOUR LISTING

1. Update any information in your listing.  

Tip: it doesn’t have to be perfect!  You can go in and change anything anytime so just get something UP so families can find you.  And if you get stuck with anything please just reach out to me so I can help you get unstuck at hello@perthkidshub.com.au

2. Jump to “Listing Tips” for helpful hints on what to add where, how to add your logo and resize images so your listing looks the best it can.

Add a Listing

1. Click on “Add a Listing”

2. Choose your package > Buy a package.

Tip: Save up to 20% by purchasing a 12-month package.  Chat with your accountant as you may be able to claim this expense as a tax deduction for your business.
